I’ve been thinking a lot about writing, but thinking doesn’t always translate to action. My office is a mess and arguably could be called the war room. Production plans are scattered over my desk and the calendar rests on the floor with eraser marks and tiny writing, each day filled with things to do. It was not until I took a closer look at this calendar that I realized why writing has taken a back seat this past week or so.

It’s because of 122 of these.

The writing will just have to wait until our last delivery of these 1107 pies leaves the bakery, the dishes are put away, the floor is swept clean and mopped with feeling. Until then, know that my heart is filled with joy that our pies will join so many families this holiday season and will share in your Thanksgiving celebration.
